The author of this book, C. S. LOUCHE, is a defrocked priest. A cousin of C. S. Lewis, he married his friend’s mother’s mother and soon turned to drink. He was a late convert to Alcoholism. Perhaps best known for his book Surprised by Boredom, C. S. Louche is regarded by some as the black sheep of the Lewis family. This manuscript was found under his bed when he disappeared on a permanent sabbatical from Maudlin College.
